This is what’s called glamping

The first time I went camping with my husband, I brought every little gadget imaginable that could assist in making food easier. And that included a garlic press. The so-called press no longer inhabits our camping gear these days but the intensity of fabulousness when it comes to making camping food hasn’t diminished one bit. Yes, I do turn my nose up to hotdogs and pre-made burgers. Over the years that we’ve been camping we’ve never made such food, although for many they would be camping staple.

I don’t care if others call my camping, glamping, because we do make fabulous food when we’re out in the mountains or by the beach living like vagabonds. Here’s a fish dish we made while camping in Tofino recently.
